8 observations

Observed calibration changes in this accepted file. Expand an observation for the analysis and any uncertainty.

01Vehicle-speed limiter settings were raised and disabled

Observed the speed-like limit increase from 145.70 to 198.00 together with an adjacent binary limiter-disable change from 0 to 1.

02Engine load and requested torque targets were substantially raised

Observed coordinated load targets rise from approximately 103.5–148.5 to 145–220, while driver-requested torque limits of 206–295 ft-lb were raised to approximately 500 ft-lb.

03Torque limiting surfaces were raised or flattened

Observed a varied torque-limit surface flattened near 350 ft-lb, a related offset set to 376.16 ft-lb, and the maximum-load index curve raised uniformly to 110.

04Torque-monitoring thresholds and factors were revised

Observed systematic changes to requested-torque monitoring factors, allowable torque differences, and an RPM-based monitoring ceiling spanning approximately 466–534 ft-lb.

05Boost targeting and wastegate control were reworked

Observed higher load targets, a boost-limit multiplier set to 3, and coordinated revisions across overboost offsets, wastegate duty-cycle surfaces, gains, and ceilings.

06Pressure-sensor acceptance thresholds were broadened

Observed the upper sensor-voltage threshold increase from 4.648 to 4.785 V and the paired lower threshold decrease from 1.030 to 0.498 V.

07Fueling and ignition calibrations were extensively reshaped

Observed coordinated revisions to both banks' fuel targets and scalar surfaces, spool fueling, main and spool ignition timing, and the load-to-torque conversion relationship.

08Thermal operating thresholds and targets were lowered

Observed a multispark coolant-temperature threshold change from 120 to -39.75 and a normal coolant target reduction from 104 °C to 95 °C, with related coolant curves revised consistently.
