Inside the tune

What changed.

8 observations

Observed calibration changes in this accepted file. Expand an observation for the analysis and any uncertainty.

01Torque ceilings were raised and widely flattened

Observed multiple torque ceilings increase to 900 or 1,000 Nm, with several speed-dependent curves flattened. One maximum engine-torque curve was saturated at 3,276.7 Nm, while the clutch torque limit rose from 750 to 1,000 Nm.

02Pressure and airflow operating ceilings increased

Observed pressure ceilings rise as high as 5,000 hPa, requested pressure increase from 2,300 to 3,200 hPa, and a compressor pressure-ratio curve flatten near 4.0. Several airflow-model upper-factor surfaces were set to their encoded maximum while lower surfaces were reduced.

03Vehicle and engine speed limits were raised

Observed vehicle-speed thresholds raised to 350 or 400 km/h, a neutral engine-speed ceiling raised from 3,000 to 6,000 rpm, and related engine-speed thresholds increased from 8,000 to 8,500 rpm and from 9,000 to 10,000 rpm.

04Lambda and fueling surfaces were extensively revised

Observed multiple lambda floors and targets converge near 0.80, with repeated 0.85–0.95 profiles inserted across enrichment and correction surfaces. Some changes are coherent enrichment adjustments, while recurring motifs on weakly contextualized axes remain uncertain.

05Knock thresholds and ignition-retard limits changed

Observed eight knock-detection threshold surfaces increase uniformly by 0.25. Cylinder retard surfaces shifted by 0.75 degrees, idle retard changed from -1.50 to -0.75 degrees, and paired retard boundaries were narrowed.

06Diagnostic and plausibility thresholds were relaxed

Observed coordinated torque diagnostic thresholds increase, a sensor-voltage upper threshold rise from 4.80 to 4.95 V, an acceleration-exceeded time threshold rise from 500 to 65,535 ms, and a fuel-flow plausibility curve become zero throughout.

07Valve-lift and ignition calibrations were expanded

Observed related valve-lift limits and high-demand surfaces increase from approximately 8.8–10.0 mm to 10.5–10.7 mm. Multiple ignition surfaces received localized changes, including reductions of up to 6.5 degrees in best-angle tables.

08Thermal and particulate-filter thresholds changed

Observed sound-control thermal limits increase, including an upstream threshold from 900 to 1,100 °C and a catalyst-related surface flattened to 950 °C. A particulate-filter percentage limit was set to 327.67%, and related lambda-ratio values received repeated enrichment bands.
