8 observations

Observed calibration changes in this accepted file. Expand an observation for the analysis and any uncertainty.

01Exhaust-temperature model values were clipped

Observed many related speed-and-load temperature surfaces with upper cells reduced and flattened near 1015.9 °C. The repeated, structured edits were semantically supported, although their runtime consequences were not assessed.

02Torque ceilings were raised across related variants

Observed coordinated normalized-torque and driver-torque curves raised toward common profiles, including repeated ceilings around 900 Nm and normalized peaks near 99.8%.

03Pressure, airflow, and load limits were increased

Observed related absolute-pressure ceilings raised from 2350 hPa to 2600 hPa, paired maxima raised to 2800 hPa, airflow limits increased by 30%, and a temperature-dependent load surface flattened near 220%.

04Protective mixture targets were enriched

Observed multiple component-protection and load-dependent lambda surfaces lowered coherently, including high-load targets down to approximately 0.78–0.96 and a commanded high-load row at 0.84375.

05Fuel-system capacity models were increased

Observed maximum fuel quantity and multiple electric fuel-pump flow surfaces increased by about 10%, with high-speed high-pressure-pump capacity points also raised.

06Engine and vehicle speed limits were raised

Observed a coordinated engine-speed limiter group standardized at 6700 rpm and a vehicle-speed limiter block raised to 360 km/h. One related torque-threshold axis was also collapsed to 360 km/h.

07Pressure-sensor diagnostic windows were widened

Observed paired analog pressure-sensor limits widened from 0.20–4.52 V to 0.10–5.00 V, with related maximum diagnostic thresholds raised to 5.00 V.

08Charge-air cooling controls were materially altered

Observed an activation threshold pair changed from 45/40 °C to 30/52 °C, inverting its prior ordering. One pump-request curve was flattened to 100%, while another had its upper points raised to 100%.
