About this file
Tuned MED17.7.5 binary paired with the exact accepted stock baseline and complete tune-semantic A2L.
Inside the tune
What changed.
Observed calibration changes in this accepted file. Expand an observation for the analysis and any uncertainty.
01Torque ceilings were broadly raised and flattened
Observed coordinated increases across temperature-, speed-, mode-, and gear-dependent torque limits. Examples include a constant ceiling increasing from 640 to 768 Nm, several profiles rising about 10%, and two mode matrices being flattened to 1125 Nm.
02Thermal torque reductions were substantially relaxed
Observed two temperature-dependent derate surfaces flattened to 666.625 Nm and the two reduced points of a thermal multiplier restored to 100%. These are coherent calibration changes, although runtime behavior was not tested.
03Charge and torque-model targets were increased
Observed structured increases to charge-limit curves and multiple torque-model efficiency surfaces. Their axes and shapes remained coherent, including midrange plateaus and high-speed tapering where present.
04Driver-demand and pressure-ratio limits were raised
Observed every nonzero-demand point in one pedal-dependent torque surface set to 325 Nm, while a pressure-ratio table had lower regions raised toward its existing 1.5 ceiling.
05High-speed lambda targets were reshaped
Observed several structured 2000–7000 rpm lambda curves modified coherently, including final points raised to adjacent plateaus and one pair smoothed to 0.855.
06Engine-speed limits were raised across contexts
Observed a temperature-based speed-limiter curve increased and 31 context-dependent limits, formerly spanning 2000–7000 rpm, replaced with a uniform 7200 rpm value.
07Diagnostic state bank was cleared
Observed a predominantly binary bank containing 102 state or enable entries changed entirely to zero. The numerical alteration is established, but individual diagnostic meanings were not resolved.
08Several unresolved threshold blocks were saturated
Observed multiple unscaled or context-free blocks partially or completely overwritten with 255, including scalar, paired-value, and threshold-like data. Their functions remain unresolved, so no runtime effect is attributed.
